3. How to use:

According to the content of alloying elements in the produced alloy grades and the analysis results before the furnace, the required additive amount (Fe agent amount) is calculated according to the actual yield of 90%. After the small flame disappears, it should be adapted to strengthen manual stirring to make it diffuse evenly, and according to the actual situation, ensure a certain diffusion time.

4. Process parameters:

1. Operating temperature: 740-760°C

2. Addition amount (kg) = (alloy element composition (%) – pre-furnace analysis of the element content) ÷ actual yield (90%) × alloy element content in additives (70%) × furnace load (kg)

3. Melting time: 15-30 minutes
